The industry is anchored by the East Kootenay Regional Hospital (Interior Health), which offers core physician specialities, 24 emergency and trauma services, a Level 3 laboratory, and acute and obstetrical care. Interior Health also operates over 20 clinics and care centres throughout our zone.

College of the Rockies, based in Cranbrook, offers a range of industry certifications, University transfer programs and specialized online training.
